This Oxbox system is a split-system heat pump paired with a high-efficiency gas furnace, designed to provide dependable cooling, efficient heat pump heating, and reliable gas backup heat for residential applications. The split-system design allows for quiet operation, balanced airflow, and flexible installation.

The system includes the J5HP5030A1000AA outdoor heat pump, rated at 2.5 tons with 14.3 SEER2 efficiency and engineered for R454B refrigerant, delivering consistent cooling and electric heating performance. Heat transfer is supported by the J5GXCC005AC6HUA cased evaporator coil, a C-cabinet design compatible with 1.5–3.0 ton applications, ensuring proper airflow and system matching.

For precise refrigerant control, the system includes the 5AYTXVH3A1836A TXV kit, designed for 1.5–3.0 ton R454B coil and air handler applications. Backup heating is provided by the J962V080CU4SA gas furnace, featuring two-stage operation, 96% AFUE efficiency, and 80,000 BTUH heating capacity in a C-cabinet configuration.
